My Mom and I went for an 8 mile run in Southbury. It was perfect weather and I think we did pretty well. My shins were killing me the first 4 miles, so I had to stop several times to stretch. That was my Mom's longest run of the year and she did great! It was hilly, so it wasn't an easy run. While I was home, I also did a couple of strength classes that always kick my butt. I was sore for a couple of days, but I know that's a good thing! Next week is the Papa John's 10 miler...eek!

3-11-14: Ran 3.5 miles with Penny 35:00
3-12-14: Ran 4 miles 38:40 (TM)
3-13-14: Elliptical 15 min, 60 min weight class
3-15-14: Ran 8 miles 1:16:02
Total Mileage: 18.5 miles
My goal for next week is to run my fastest 10 miler yet!
