Oreo Balls (It's simple and yummy)

Last night I had a girls' night with a few friends at school. We decided to make some kind of dessert and we found an Oreo Ball recipe from Susie QT pies Blog. It was really easy and fun. They tasted great too. It's no bake, which is great for dorm living!

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
- 3/4 block of 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 package of Oreos
- Almond bark- vanilla
- Sprinkles (optional)

Directions:
Crush all the Oreos in a plastic bag- finely crush. Put in a bowl (if you want to sprinkle some on top of the balls, set some aside). Add the the cream cheese to the Oreos and mix well. You will have to use your hands. Then roll them into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate/freeze for 30 minutes (most recipes say 1-2 hours, but 30 min. should do!). Melt the Almond Bark, only a couple of blocks at a time in the microwave. Be sure not to burn it. Use a toothpick to dip the balls completely. Sprinkle with sprinkles or extra crushed Oreos. Let cool, and enjoy :) They need to be cold so put in fridge if there are extras.
