It's Halloween Time! This weekend I am going to a Halloween party so I wanted to make some kind of Halloween snack/dessert. I found a similar recipe on Picky Palate, and adapted it a little bit. I decided to call it Sweet Halloween Mix.
Ingredients:
4 cups Honey Chex Cereal
24 oz package Almond Bark (melt-able vanilla)
1 1/2 cups M&M's candy corn white chocolate (or candy corn)
1 1/2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 1/2 cups mini pretzels
Mix together the Chex, M&M's, peanuts, and pretzels in a big bowl. Melt the chocolate in a separate bowl. Add the chocolate to the dry mix. Gently stir until well coated then pour onto wax paper to dry. Once dried, break up into pieces and put into a bowl or individually wrapped baggies. ENJOY :)
