Week 4 & 5 of MM Training 2013

These past couple have weeks have been a great start to the semester and have been quite exciting. I finally started running outside since I'm no longer in the frigid Connecticut weather. Running outside is 10x better than a treadmill, let me tell you. Some of those runs were in low 20's though, which is cold! I had three days off because I went to D.C. so it wasn't possible to squeeze runs into my schedule. 

I discovered some circuit workouts from my Pinterest which I will share below. They don't look bad, but I am definitely sweaty after doing them for only 20 minutes.  

Week 4
1-20-13: OFF
1-21-13: Ran 3 miles 28:54 Weight class 60 minutes, elliptical 30 minutes
1-22-13: Ran 2.5 miles 25:00, walked 15 minutes, elliptical 20 minutes 
1-23-13: Ran 3.5 miles 36:12, Weights 30 minutes
1-24-13: Ran 2 miles 20:00, elliptical 30 minutes 
1-25-13: OFF 
1-26-12: OFF 

Total Mileage: 11 

Week 5
1-27-13: OFF
1-28-13: 20 minute circuit #1, Ran 2 miles 19:16
1-29-13: Ran 5 miles 49:49 
1-30-13: Ran 2.5 miles 24:14, 20 minute circuit #2
1-31-13: Ran 1 mile 9:27, 40 minutes elliptical 
2-1-13: Ran 2 miles 21:30, weights 40 minutes 
2-2-13: Ran 5 miles 49:16  

Total Mileage: 17.5 
Two 5 mile runs this week, woohoo! 
Do it while watching TV!
